The Youth Leadership Program is designed for college students who are interested in civic engagement, leadership development, and public service.
Participants typically share a curiosity about how public institutions operate and a desire to better understand their role as informed and responsible members of society.
The program welcomes students from diverse academic backgrounds and does not require prior experience in advocacy, government, or public service.
Civic engagement and public trust in institutions depend on informed, engaged, and ethical leadership.
The Youth Leadership Program provides participants with educational exposure to public institutions, policymaking processes, and public service roles—helping bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world civic participation.
